Pumpers - How long to your letdowns last when you pump?

I pump about 20 mins on avg.  Lately I have noticed that I can "squirt" for the entire 20 almost.  Last night around 3am I pumped and the entire time I squirted in my left boob. I kept pumping (to empty my breast - dont want a clogged duct again) and it took 30 mins!

Whats up? Do you think I am creating a oversupply? Why am I squirting so long? If I stop pumping while a letdown is happening will it create a clogged duct? 

Also, I have a area in my left boob that is often getting rock hard - happened before and was a clogged duct. I must be susceptible in the area --so I tend to massage it out while I pump every time - is this a good idea to massage my boobs while I pump?
