Weight gain/latching problem update

I posted a few days ago about how my newborn stopped latching once the bottle of supplemental formula was introduced in order to get her to gain weight.  She has started latching again and I am able to breastfeed her on both breasts for about 10 minutes each at most feedings. I have to trick her into it by teasing her with about a tenth of an ounce of breast milk in a bottle first and then she will latch. It is working for us so I am continuing to do this.  I then pump for ten to twenty minutes to try and increase my supply while my husband or someone staying with me feeds her a formula bottle(2oz) Or breast milk if i have it which is rare because she is drinking more than I am making right now. She finally gained yesterday.. A whopping 2.5oz in one day!  We have another weigh in on Friday and they hope to see another 3oz gain by then.  Question: is one ounce of breast milk between both breasts at day 8 normal or low?  It is definitely low for my newborns requirements.
