Flu despite vaccine?

I got the flu vaccine in the beginning of September at my OB appointment. Despite this, yesterday and today I've been feeling symptoms akin to those of the flu. Specifically, my body and muscles ache a lot (not like the usual pregnancy kind) and my skin feels REALLY sensitive to touch and the temperature. I don't have a fever though (or at least I didn't last night). Could I be getting the flu or might it be something else?
