Lurking from infertility: cramping? (update)

A little background: I had my 5day transfer on 12/3, got a BFP on Sunday and again today.   First Beta done today and should have the results tomorrow.  So hopefully I'll be joining you all soon.

 

Since Friday, I've been having really bad cramping starting in late afternoon and lasting until after I fall asleep at night.  My nurse said this is very normal in early pregnancy and to make sure I'm taking  Tylenol every 4 hours and to use a heating pad.  Anyone else have this issue and find anything else that helped?  TIA.

Update:  Cramping is a little better today.  Yesterday's beta at 8DP5PT was 73 (RE like >50.)  Go back to the local lab tomorrow for another beta.
