Persistent back pain

I have been having really bad back pain for about a week and a half now. I had a couple of Braxton Hicks before and when I have those, I feel it in my belly too. But this back pain is ridiculous and it hurts. Should I call my doctor? Or is it just another normal part of pregnancy that I shouldn't stress about?
