How to quit BFing

Ok, please please please do not flame or judge me on this post. LO is 5 months and my goal was to make it to 6 months, which I still plan on doing. I've had issues every step of way with BFing, so it's a miracle to me that I'll make it to 6 months. I'm not going to go into all my issues, I'm just here for advice.

When you stop BFing, how do you do it?? I'm worried that I'll get clogged ducts or mastitis when I try and quit. So how do I do it successfully?
