How to make siblings feel special

This is our second kiddo, and I have 19 days to D-day. Our two year old daughter has been involved in our pregnancy, although I know she really doesn't comprehend what is actually inside my belly, and that she will no longer be an only child here soon. She has taken some changes well, giving up her baby clothes to her little sister, and helping to clean the room and prepare it for the new one, but how do you make them feel special on that very first day of LO's existence? We have someone to call when I go into labor to watch her, and the question came up of when she should be brought to the hospital, and what we can do for her to make her feel a part of it. I know it's important to have her feel like it is her baby too, so any suggestions?
