FTM - all the must haves before baby arrives?

We have put off all of our shopping until we had some big things figured out and now this coming week we are doing the bulk of our baby shopping and i was wondering if any of you lovely ladies had a good list of all the necessary items we will need for the first couple of months of our little ones life? (: we really dont have much of anything for the moment , so anything you could possibly think of that we definitely wouldnt is most appreciated. (:
