Humilitating drive to work

Fell asleep on the couch last night, and DH left me there. I slept til this morning. Therefore, I forgot to take my prenatal and colace so I took them this morning...well... I had cut up a lot of fruit in a big bowl to take to work for breakfast, and on the way started getting sicky hungry feeling, so I grabbed a grape. OMG I didn't hardly even get it swallowed, I couldn't get off the 6 lane highway fast enough. I was literally hanging out of the door with it open and seatbelt still on, and puking down the highway. All of morning motorists just staring. It was awful. So humilitating. I texted my doc that I work for, what had happened, and that I was going to try to find a gas station to get the car and me cleaned up, and he said "can I get you anything?" and I said "my dignity" . One of the worst days ever...
