weaning or cold turkey?

im dreading to stop because of th engorgement, but will be doing it as i have to go back to work. i i am a exclusive pumper.. i pump 5x a day and every 3-4 hours. first pump early am..my last pump is around bedtime.. i dont pump in the middle of the night and wake up uncomfortable as it is.

ny suggestions on how to stop and the best way to do this? im scared to lol
