Positive Fetal Fibronectin

I was wondering if anyone has had the fetal fibronectin test done with a positive result, either in a previous pregnancy or now. 

I had one done on Friday because I was feeling a lot of pressure and felt like baby was going to push herself out. I just got the call from my doctor that it was positive.

I know this doesn't really mean anything necessarily, just that I'm more likely to go into labor in the next few weeks. I'm wondering what everyone else's experiences with a positive result were. Did you go into labor soon after? Did you make it to full term? Are you still going strong more than a week later?
