Blood pressure question

Need a little help here. I have been experiencing high blood pressure for the last few weeks. I am on modified bed rest only working 4 hours a day. I am going in twice a week for checks. Today my blood pressure was 'ok' at 136/32 not great but good enough and My doctor was pleased. I have been close to being admitted to the hospital many times due to my blood pressure. My doctors plan was to induce at 39 weeks at the latest. Well, after today's exam I'm questioning it! 

Is it possible that my blood pressure would normalize and I will be able to go into labor naturally?  My doctor didn't seem to think so but said it was possible. 

And sadly, bed rests running the risk of cutting leave short.  I have my last day planned right now and am transitioning my work load to someone else and I feel like its getting all screwed up! Sorry for the semi-rant. 

Anyone have any experience with this?
