Nanny share

I am 19 weeks pregnant and my husband and I are stating to look into child care options. We live in NYC, where both nannies and daycare centers are extremely expensive and/or inconvenient. We think that an affordable and convenient option would be to share a nanny with another family. However, we don't know anyone who is intersted in sharing a nanny. Can anyone who has/is sharing a nanny give us some advice on how to find a suitable family with whom we can share a nanny?
