5 weeks carpal tunnel already?

Anyone else have this problem? For the last week or so my hands have been going numb while I'm sleeping  waking me up every hour or two. I had carpal tunnel and swelling problems with my first, but that was third tri. Obv, I'm going to ask the dr when I go, but I was wondering if I'm the only one with this problem?
