Spotting calm my nerves?

I posted a couple weeks ago about my SCH and you all gave me great feedback. I haven't had any spotting or bleeding since that day and at my follow up u/s this week the bean was still looking good. My RE was not too concerned about the SCH and did say to expect to possibly bleed again. Some of you who have experience told me the same. Tonight I am spotting brown and even though logically I know it was to be expected, I am quite nervous.
I feel like I won't sleep tonight. Any words of advice to help calm my nerves?
