Tips on boosting supply.

I want my supply to go up, he BF all day and I pump at 10:30 at night. At that pumping, I usually get between 3-5oz. Last night I got 4oz, tonight I got 3.5oz.

Should I be adding more pumps? Pump after every feeding?

I am drinking a decent amount of water. I try to drink one cup of Mother's Milk tea a day. I know it says 3-5 cups a day.

What else can I do to boost my supply?
