1st Trimester

Heating Pad?

December 2012 in 1st Trimester

I am due July 7th. I've been feeling pretty well except for being exhausted every day, and nausea here and there...My question is...Does anyone know if you can use a heating pad? I'm having a little cramping today and lower back aches and I've read yes, and no on this subject. What do you think?
