Freezer stash ?

I have 1 month old twins. I'm strictly BFing Miles and pumping and bottle feeding Stella.

I can't seem to get any extra pumped and stashed in the freezer. Anything I pump is used for Stella's bottles. I usually pump 3-4 times a day. I have been drinking Milkmaid tea for a week now and haven't really seen an increase in my supply.

What else should I do to try and get a freezer stash started?
