So had my first internal exam yesterday... 50% effaced and 1 cm dilated... had a few small contractions (or BH) last night and was very crampy but nothing consistant.. and then today I lost my mucus plug

Yes Yes I know this doesnt mean jack... but atleast my body is going in the right direction... Yay. :D
