So DH DOES have shingles!

I finally talked DH into going to the doctor (posted about him possibly having shingles lastnight) and turns out he does in fact have shingles!

His doctor said for him to keep the shingles covered just in case.  She told him that if I went into labor right now, he probably wouldn't be allowed in the delivery room/nursery at the hospital.

Anyone have any more information/advice on this?  I have a doctor appointment next Thursday - in the meantime I'm keeping some distance.  We washed all sheets, towels, throws, blankets etc. today...
