Milk STILL decreasing and sore nipples

I posted a week ago about my supply dropping (I pump for a NICU baby), it's getting worse. Not only that but my nipples are red and super sore. The thought of pumping makes me cringe because I know it's going to hurt. I have an applied tender care medela cream before and after use. Please help me. I am ready to throw in the towel.
