Breast Pump Smells Sour

I just pumped 12 oz and AFTER I was done realized my pump parts smelled sour!! I had rinsed it before I started pumping. Last time I washed everything was yesterday. The milk I pumped smells fine. Should the milk be ok or should I toss it? It's half our milk for the day!! I know it has antibacterial properties. But I will toss it if I have to. What would you all do?
