Need help for gassy baby.

I've tried mylicon and it doesn't seem to help. Plus I don't like the idea of giving something every time he eats. Is there anything else?? He is fussy, passing gas, crying, pulling his legs up and making faces like he's in pain. He also gets hiccups a lot. He burps pretty well after feedings. His tummy feels hard. He seems uncomfortable when pooping also.
