1st trimester screening

My doctor gave me the paperwork for the down syndrome screening today. I worked all day and have a headache so i was a little tired when i did the test.  The first circle i put a drop of blood and it wasn't nearly big enough and without thinking I put 3 more drops of blood trying to fill the little circle...the other 4 circles (while I couldn't fill them completely) only have one drop of blood.anyone know how bad that is? do i need to get new paperwork?
