First Appointment

Hi All,

I had my first "appointment" today and all they did was a urine test and blood pressure. Is that normal? I feel like i should have had blood work but they booked me to come back in 4 weeks and then again in another 4 weeks after that, at which point I would have the blood work. That would mean my first pregnancy blood work would be at 12wks. That seems late to me. Thoughts?
