Making the announcement

Hello ladies!! I'm sure this has been asked before so sorry if I missed it. We have told just a few family and friends we were pg so far and were considering some kind of holiday announcement even though it will be a little shy of 12 weeks we think we will anyway haven't def decided. How did/will you tell everyone and do you plan to wait the full 12 weeks??
