Had my 37 week appt today and discovered my little man is breech :. So aside from old wives tales techniques to try, my OB suggested external version. Has anyone else done this or decided against it? I feel lost. I am in shock, I wanted to avoid a csection at all costs. And now it looks like that may be my only option.
