What would you do?

So this Christmas DH, LO and I are going to stay with our families for 3 weeks. My question is what to do with my stash at home for the time we're away. I have roughly 100oz of slowly accumulated stash in my freezer. I had a good stash then had to dump it due to Lipase issues, then my supply suffered due to antibiotics I had to take. So it's been a long road just GETTING this stash, and this one has had to be scalded and everything because of the lipase.

Anyways, because of all this grief I am SO paranoid of leaving my stash behind. What if the power goes out? We have somebody coming to watch our cats periodically and check on the house every couple days.

What would you do with your stash? I am so paranoid of losing it. It's in one giant ziploc freezer bag seperated into tiny bags of 6 icecube blocks each.
