Stretch Marks??

Ok so I just noticed some shiny lines around my belly button, it kinda looks like dry skin or maybe stretch marks?? They were never red or purple, and they never itched, they're not white either, its just shiny lines thatt are not noticeable when looked at directly, so I don't really know what they are. Aren't stretch marks supposed to be red or purple at the begging and then turn white or silvery?
