Milk down the drain :(

I had a pumping malfunction yesterday (battery pack went dead) so I had to thaw frozen milk today to catch up for making LO's bottles. I thawed a bag overnight and when I went to pour it into her bottle it smelled funny. I even tasted it and sure enough it was bad. There were even some tiny curdles in it. I am so sad. I can't believe my milk went bad. I always follow the rules for proper milk prep. I'm going to start more aggressively rotating my freezer stash now. No advice needed, just wanted to share with others who I know can sympathize. Pouring precious breastmilk down the drain sucks.
