Hypothyroidism

Hi ladies, so today I am 5 weeks 4 days and yesterday was my first prenatal visit which basically was just bloodwork, family history, and a regular pelvic exam. I got a call today from the nurse who said that all bloodwork was normal but my tsh level was high and they would need to check my t4 level or maybe even have me see a specialist. I looked on mayo clinic's website I know the Internet is bad, but if I'm going to look I figure ill go to a reliable source and it said high tsh can mean an under active thyroid or hypothyroidism. Anyone have this diagnosis and can tell me about it, particularly when it comes to pregnancy?
