New to this board. Symptoms question...

HI everyone, I am new to the board. I am 7 weeks pregnant with my first baby, due 7/22/13... My question for you all is this: Is anyone NOT experiencing symptoms? The only symptoms I have had are REALLY sore breasts, frequent urination, and I have dry heaved (never actually thrown up) 2 mornings. I know not everyone experiences morning sickness, and that it may just be too early for me, but it worries me a bit too. I had my first appointment at 6 weeks, but all the doctor did was urine test and blood work. ANy one else (not) experiencing symptoms that may be able to put my mind at ease??
