Sore nipples

I have been worried lately because both of my nipples have been sore for the past 4 or so days (maybe closer to a week). I checked for cracks or bleeding and didn't find either. LO is teething, but none have emerged from her gums yet. I don't think it's thrush, but I don't exactly know what I am looking for if it is. I even took a pregnancy test to rule out every possibility. I EBF so I would like to figure out what the problem is asap. Any ideas ladies? Thanks in advance!!
