can you stop pumping for a day(s) and then restart?

i have a good stockpile in my freezer, so i was wondering if it's okay to take a break from the pump?  i am exclusively breastfeeding, but built a stockpile for when i go back to work at the end of Jan.  i use the freezer stash very infrequently now as we are just introducing the bottle.

my question - if i stop pumping this week, can i re-start pumping next week without a problem?
