Cramping in 1st Trimester..

I am currently 8 weeks. And the past two weeks have had mild to moderate cramping. Twice a day for 5 to 10 min periods. They are not constant nor am i bleeding. Sometimes they can be pretty bad. I keep reading about my uterus growing. But it says the pain should only be mild. I try not to worry myself but I can't help it. Anyone else experience this problem? Or have some insight as to when it goes away?
