We're both sick...

I know most I can do for LO is saline, shower sauna in the bathroom, and nose suctioning. [open to suggestions for other stuff to do... He is miserable and hardly sleeping. He tummy sleeps but I did incline the mattress but didn't make a difference].

What can I take? Anyone have any experience with this? I usually load up on all sorts of stuff because I am highly prone to bronchitis and sinus infections. But now I'm reluctant to take anything. I'm miserable too.
