Cesarean rates

Hey ladies. I just got back from my first official pregnancy OB appointment and everything went great. That is, until I got to the Q&A part and I found out that his c-section rate is somewhere around 20-25%. I think I read somewhere that the national is around 30%, so I guess that's a bit better but still a bit disheartening.

DH said that I should have asked what his emergency rate is, since a lot of women have elective c-sections now days.

Either way, out of curiosity, what's your OB's rate? Am I freaking out over nothing? Or should i shop around for a midwife or one that has a lower percentage?
