When to break the news at work?

I'm almost 12 weeks now;  I was thinking of telling my work at our weekly Monday meeting next week, since one of my managers will be out of the office until Jan. 3.  But part of me wants to wait until Jan..  I'm just a bit worried - I know after 12 weeks you're in the 'safe' zone, but still..  On the other hand, we will be super super busy mid Jan, so maybe earlier (now) is better..

When did you ladies tell?  Anyone wait until after 12 weeks?? 

This is my 2nd & I'm already starting to show!
