Nipple flow for bottles

My son is 6 months old and is starting day care this month. I EBF him and he has not really had many bottles. His usual nursing sessions are about 6-12 minutes and he usually only eats off one side per session. Just trying to figure out what flow nipple for him for the bottles? Medium? Fast??
