Pregnant with a Toddler

My son is 22 months old and very energetic. I am nauseous and exhausted all day long. It was hard enough to take care of him and the house when I was my normal self. Now, its impossible. The house is in shambles and I am usually a very neat person. And ds is watching more tv than I would like... He goes to bed between 7 and 8, and I am right there with him, by the time bedtime comes, I cannot go another inch. Nothing is getting done. I feel like this is putting me into depression. How are you getting by? I cant imagine going through this for another 7 months!
