1st Trimester

Approaching 2nd trimester - want to start working out!

I used to exercise pretty regularly before I got pregnant.  I would run and do some weight training.  When I found out I was pregnant, I wanted to take it easy for the first trimester which in turn ended up being me doing nothing, because my wanting to take it easy + fatigue = sitting on my behind.  But I'm getting my energy back (11 weeks along) and would really like to start exercising again!  I was never a strong runner to begin with, so I'm going to stick to walking.  I have a tredmil - would starting out walking an hour  be too much you think?  Not sure how to ease into it...any advice would be very appreciated!!
