What do I do?
With my first child, I was exercising for 1.5 hours 5 days a week at a gym. Then I read that I shouldn't get my heart rate up to high and some other things that worried me, so I quit exercising all together at 9 weeks.I also didn't know I was pregnant until 8 weeks along. I started at 185 pounds with my first child but I am 7wks along and 202 lbs. Yikes. I feel sad that my pants don't fit and I am hungry all the time.. =( I need words of encouragement!
I need some safe exercising tips as well. Before I was just scared off. I was considering yoga
Also does anyone have cure for bloat? lol I look forward to reading helpful comments.
