Positive Home Pregnancy Test

I took a home pregnancy test this morning and it is (or looks) positive!

I am so overwhelmed! Should I call a doctor for an appointment to make sure what I'm seeing is real? I'm so confused and don't want to spill the beans to anyone but my hubby before we know for sure!

We weren't trying and not preventing either, I am 4 days late on my period and we had a test from once before when I thought I was but AF showed up the day I bought the test.
