when it's good to not find the HB

I had my next monthly OB check up today.  Uterus is way higher than I thought, but right where is should be. 

So glad I checked for HB this am before going in because my Dr. couldn't find it on the doppler (but she could hear baby moving).  I personally think she wasn't trying very hard and hoping for an excuse to take a peek!   Baby looks like a baby now and we saw a nice strong HB on the u/s   Love getting a surprise peek at baby bear!!

And my a/s is set for 12/27 at 7:30 am... oh boy!
