I've made the cookies so I have all the ingredients around. My husband and I always make peanut butter banana protein smoothies so I just added to the recipe. It was pretty good and probably better for you without all the sugar and butter in the cookie recipe. Plus you can't taste the super nasty brewers yeast. I make it in the magic bullet.
1/2 or whole banana
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla whey protein (I use Target brand)
1/2c Ice
1/2c skim milk
1tbsp ground flax (or whole seeds)
1tbsp brewer's yeast
1/2 c. oats
Add more milk or water for desired consistency.
