Pregnancy and High Blood Pressure....Uh ohhhh..

So I am a little freaked out after doing some research online about high blood pressure while pregnant! I had my apt yesterday and the Dr. said everything looked and sounded great but the my Blood pressure is on the high normal side and when she see's that it typically means it is only going to go up from there!

Now I am not one to believe everything that you read or see however when I was looking into this medical issue It lead to things like Preeclampsia , Seizures, some times even stillbirth!!

Am I wrong to be a bit un-nerved about this? Has anyone else been through this with a previous pregnancy?

My first pregnancy was great and I have never had high blood pressure until now that I knew of, it has always been great and consistent!
