Spotting....

My hubby and I have been ttc for a little over a year. I had a miscarriage in April and I just found out I'm pregnant again, about 5 weeks. I've been spotting a light brown discharge, mostly when I wipe, some left on a panty liner. It's not a deep red like with the miscarriage and there are no clots but I'm kind of crampy. Could this just be normal or possibly the start of another miscarriage? My doctor says it could be jut because my cervix is sensitive but if it gets worse I coul miscarry. Has anyone else been through this? If so, what was the outcome?
