Pumping questions

I am currently ebf and on maternity leave. I'll be returning to work after the new year. I'm so confused about pumping and building a stash. What time of day should I be pumping and how many times a day! And how much should I get from each breast? I have pumped a few times and only got an oz or so from each breast.
