Fenugreek and gassiness

I've been doing some research on fenugreek and deciding whether or not I should start taking it to increase my supply. I've read a lot of reviews of people saying that it made them gassy and gave them diarrhea and that this also happened to their babies. Does anyone have experience with fenugreek and what has it been like? TIA.
