chest pains?

I'll probably call the doctor by the end of the day if this doesn't go away but just curious if anyone else has had any chest pains. This is day 3, and it feels a bit like an oncoming asthma attach that never comes, my chest just feels heavy which is the only way I can think to describe it, like it might feel when you get nervous or anxious for something.

I'm 10 weeks right now.
